Aunt Stacy's Dressmaking Policy

1- You will receive an e-mail to confirm the order of the dress, and discuss a costume slot.
2- I require a $250 non-refundable deposit. At this time the costume slot will be reserved.
3- We will discuss likes and dislikes, and ideas for designs.
4- I will provide up to 2 designs. If a design is chosen we can alter it up to 3 times. If you'd like another design it will be an additional $100. I allow 1 week for design time.
5- The dress will be delivered only after the full payment has been received. I accept cashiers checks and PayPal. If using PayPal, there is a 3% additional PayPal fee for buyers in the US. The PayPal fee is 4% outside the US.
6- If the dress is not made to the measurements given, you may return it for a refund. A refund will only be given within 3 business days after delivery. The refund will be the full cost minus the deposit. Shipping is also charged to you.
7- If you wear the dress it is not returnable.
8- Alterations to the dress, if needed, are your responsibility.
