Aunt Stacy's Order Form and Policy
1- You will receive an e-mail to confirm the order of the dress, and discuss a costume slot. 2- I require a $250 non-refundable deposit. At this time the costume slot will be reserved. 3- We will discuss likes and dislikes, and ideas for designs. 4- I will provide up to 2 designs. If a design is chosen we can alter it up to 3 times. If you'd like another design it will be an additional $100. If fabrics purchased exceed $250, then I will start the dress after the balance for fabric has been paid. 5- The balance must be paid in full within one week of the e-mail I send showing completion of the dress. I understand that sometimes problems arise that prevent payment. If this happens, please e-mail me and we should be able to work something out. If payment is not received within one week, and there is no communication, the dress will be put up for sale and all moneys paid by the buyer will be forfeited. 6- The dress will be delivered only after the full payment has been received. I accept cashiers checks and PayPal. If using PayPal, there is a 3% additional PayPal fee for buyers in the US. The PayPal fee is 4% outside the US. 7- If the dress is not made to the measurements given, you may return it for a refund. A refund will only be given within 3 business days after delivery. The refund will be the full cost minus the deposit and the cost of the fabrics. Shipping is also charged to you. 8- If you wear the dress it is not returnable. 9- Alterations to the dress, if needed, are your responsibility. 10- Due to the new CPSC lead law, which limits the lead content in items manufactured for children 12 and under, I will not be able to add leaded swarovski crystals to dresses for dancers under 13.
